Terms/Flat Conditions
Reservations
For 4 + nights reservations we provide advanced booking system.
For 1-3 nights reservation there is no booking in advance. In this case your reservation can be completed by
Calling us upon your arrival to Odessa to be accommodated at any available apartment at that moment. Thus, apartment price will be determined only on your arrival date.
Similar to hotel rooms, some private apartments in Odessa are in constant demand throughout the year. Please, make your reservation in advance (1-2 week prior to your arrival) or earlier if you arrive on holidays (March 8, May 1-7, New Year).
Deposit
Apartment is considered booked after the deposit is received (equivalent to
one night stay if your reservation term is less than 7 nights. And equivalent
to 2 night stay if your reservation term is more than 7 nights)
Your deposit will be deducted from the total sum of payment upon your arrival
and final calculation.
Deposits are non refundable, thus, make sure that you booked your flights before
making your reservation. Dates of booking are not transferred.
Deposits unfortunately cannot be refunded.

To reserve an apartment
Fill out your Personal and Arrival information and choose your preferable
Payment methods.
Having checked apartment availability, our manager will send you the invoice
for the requested services within 48 hours from the moment your information’s
were submitted. If the services you requested are unavailable, you will be
offered some alternative options.
At this point you will be able to make your reservation prepayment depending
on the Payment Methods you have chosen.
Cancellation Policy
Accommodation reservation represents mutual commitment. From our side we guarantee
apartment availability for the whole period booked, and refuse other clients
interested in the apartment. On the other hand, we strongly encourage you to
plan your trip before booking an apartment. If you decide to cancel your reservation
at any time, or change your dates, your deposit will not be refunded. As well
as, the apartment rent will not be refunded in case you leave the apartment
prior to the designated date.
Check-in, Check-out
Check in time - 2pm (14:00), Check out time - 12pm (12:00)
According to our policy early check in is charged as the full daily apartment
cost. However, we will do our best to accommodate you in case of earlier
availability status.
In cases of early arrival and early check in necessity, please, consider booking
for the previous to your arrival night.
Late check out (before 6pm) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after
6pm as a full daily apartment cost. Late check out is available in cases when
your apartment does not have later reservations on this day.
Reservations for Early check in or Late check out are completed in advance
only. Please state it in your apartment reservation form.
Force Major
Reserved apartment is a subject to be changed if some electricity/water/heating
cut off or breakdown occurs and it cannot be fixed by your arrival date. In
this case we provide you with similar accommodation or even better apartment
without the prior notice.
Check-in Payments
Full rent is paid upon check in by cash payment. Payment is made in Hrivnas
(Ukrainian currency) or in $US. We will help you exchange any other currency
you have to Hrivnas or to $US at the nearest currency exchange booth. You can
also take cash from your credit card using any ATM downtown or airport. If
you have travel cheques you will be able to cash them at any bank. Please,
make sure that you have enough funds to pay the full rent. If you are unable
to make the full payment upon your arrival, our manager will take it the next
day.
What daily rent includes
Daily rent rate does not depend on number of guests. Listed rates are given
per night. Rent includes all accessories, linen, towels, utilities, telephone
(inside Odessa calls) as well as weekly house keeping.
More frequent house keeping, laundry, and other services are available upon
request for extra charge.
Rent does not include long distance (international) calls.
What long term (monthly, yearly) rent includes
Monthly rent rate does not depend on number of guests. Listed rates are given
per month.
Rent includes: accessories, water, and utilities.
Rent does not include: electricity, telephone, linen, towels, and housekeeping.
Additional services are available upon request for extra charge.

Pick up service, transfer service
Odessa Vacation is pleased to provide its clients with airport/train station
pick up/transfer service.
We have professional drivers to pick you up at the airport and transfer you
to the reserved apartment. We consider your safety issue as well as want you
to avoid being overcharged if you are not a native Russian or Ukrainian speaker.
Our drivers know the shortest routes and all apartment locations to ensure
your prompt and comfortable ride.
In those rare cases of changing the apartment (if any problem occurs), all
drivers are informed about new apartment address by cell phones.
All guests are met by the manager and transferred to the apartment, where you
sign rent agreement (in English), and take your keys. On your departure day
the manager will check on damage/problem caused, return your security/damage
deposit (US$50) and take your keys. Our driver will deliver you to the airport
at any time necessary.
Discount policy
Term of Stay Discount (5%) is available for customers renting
the apartment for 14+ days for daily rent rates.
Monthly rent discounts are not available.
Our Service Charges
Daily rate includes all taxes and service charges.
Monthly rate does not include other service charge (extra 50% of monthly
rate paid upon check in).

Our apartment housekeeping service, provided every week and including
cleaning with modern and safe cleaning appliances, fresh linens and towels,
free of charge. Daily housekeeping services are also available (extra payment).
Apartment has its own set of bath and face towels per each person, 1 set of
bed linens for bedroom and 1 extra set of bed linens for the couch if needed.
If you wish to request laundry service, our housekeepers will be happy to serve
you. You will have your laundry picked up, washed, dried, ironed and delivered
back to you.
